Being approached by Nona itself, the sole distributor of FARMASi agreed to collaborate with Nona in a contest called Fabulous MUA Nona x FARMASi in search of new talented celebrity make-up artist in Malaysia
It was officially launched on 9th August 2019 at Sogo Central i-City Shah Alam by Kiffy Razak, Managing Editor of Nona & Mingguan Wanita and Ili Zawani, Managing Director of FARMASi in order to bring the make-up artists’ talent to a higher level.
Fabulous MUA Nona x FARMASi is generally the first digital reality show in Malaysia in search of Malaysian make-up artist. Despite showcasing the talent in make-up, interpersonal skills are also considered to attract the judges and audience.
The event was also supported by famous Malaysian artists like Ayang Kamell, Sheila Mohamad, Aim Azam and Vee Mohamad. The attendees also included famous Malaysian makeup artists, beauty influencers and young celebrity make-up artists.

If you are interested to join the contest, the audition of Fabulous MUA Nona x FARMASi will commence on 14 & 15 September 2019 at Performing Arts Theatre, MSU Shah Alam from 10 AM to 5 PM. During the audition, participants may need to bring three items; registration form through Nona magazine September 2019 edition, make-up portfolio and FARMASi purchase receipt.
There will be six episodes in total which will be LIVE on digital platforms of Majalah Nona YouTube and Facebook starting 1 November 2019 at 8 PM. The judges will be Nurul Shukor, Sheila Mohamad, Datin Saidatulnisa, Deqsha, Didie Alias and Nabila Razali.
The winners will be able to bring back some valuable items like cash, sponsored luxury hotel accommodation, jewellery and exclusive personal care set.
