Return & Refund Policy

Policy & guidelines for return & refund of any product from NSSB that’s sold to its customer.

Any retail customer(s) who wishes to have refunds from Naturalife Solution Sdn Bhd (“the Company”) are bound to the refund policy below.

  1. Refund is only valid for defective or damaged product due to manufacturing defects.
  2. The product(s) must be returned to the Company within thirty (30) days of the sales transaction.
  3. The product(s) must be in a good & resalable condition with a minimum of 80% from the total original weight.
  4. The product(s) must be accompanied with a clear proof of purchase.
  5. The product(s) must be purchased from the Company, authorized reseller or distributor of the Company.
  6. The product(s) is/are not classified as clearance item, warehouse clearance, or any clearance promotion during the purchase.

Once the product(s) is verified as defective or damaged product & it complies to the policies above, the Company will fully refund the product(s) based on its purchase price in terms of cash or product replacement of equivalent value, including the shipping charges.
